The appellants - claimants are seeking condonation of delay of 676 days in filing First Appeal.

The acquiring body despite service remained absent. The delay is inordinate but considering the statutory right of the appellants - claimants, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to deposit of cost of Rs.1,000/- (rupees one thousand only) to be paid to the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad.
