The reasons given in the application appear to carry considerable force and since other second appeals from the same decree are pending, I deem it appropriate to grant the application. 3.

As such, civil application is granted in terms of prayer clauses (B), (C) and (D).

It is expected that office objections would be removed within a period of six weeks.
