It is pointed out that though an application for condonation of delay in preferring second appeal was filed, in fact, as per the office note in view of the order of the Supreme Court extending the period of limitation the office has remarked that the second appeal is in time. 3.

It is pointed out that in spite of the above state of affairs, by the order dated 08.04.2022 a notice was directed to be issued to the respondents of this application for condonation of delay.

Since the appeal is in time, the order dated 08.04.2022 stands recalled. The application is disposed of. Second Appeal be registered. 5.
