PER COURT :- 1.

Considering the prayers set out in this petition, the learned AGP has gathered instructions from the concerned authorities that the claim as regards uncleared bill is stale and several documents and files will have to be dug into to verify as to whether the claim is undisputed. He submitted that it would take at least six months time to go into the records since the record dates back to ten years or more.

Considering our writ jurisdiction, we would not be inclined to entertain this petition, if it is in respect of disputed bills, payment terms, amount to be paid etc.

Since the learned A.G.P. submits that he would look into the grievance of the petitioner and would verify it's record and take a decision prior to 30th June, 2023, this petition is disposed off. (SANJAY A. DESHMUKH, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE , J.) rlj/
