It is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for parties that the Committee is constituted for resolving the dispute of present nature. The petitioner had already approached the Collector who heads such committee. The application appears to have been at Page No.99, Exhibit-G of the paper book.

The statistic and data would be available with the Committee. The Committee would be a better judge to resolve the dispute amongst the parties.

The Insurance Company is represented by Mr. Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel and the learned A.G.P. appears for respondent nos.1 to 4.

The parties shall appear before the committed headed by the Collector, Latur on 18.12.2019. The parties may put forth their stand before the Committee. The Committee shall endevour to take decision upon it preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the parties.

With these observations, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
