Respondent No. 3-Education Officer was directed to decide proposals of the petitioners.

The Education Officer has filed affidavit in reply stating that proposals of the petitioners are rejected by order dated 10.10.2023 and the same is communicated to the Head Master of the school wherein petitioners are working.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that because of the deficiencies kept by the Management, the proposals are rejected.

Be that as it may, since the order is complied with contempt petition stands disposed of.
