So far as regards applicants are concerned, it is the case of composite negligence, although, the Tribunal has apportioned the liability as 80:20 between the owners of two vehicles, one of whom is in appeal before this Court.

In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount in deposit with this Court along with interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 4.

The civil application stands disposed of.
