Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for the respondents.

The learned counsel for the applicants on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file appeal as provided under section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 before the appellate Court. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the applicants have not deposited the arrears of maintenance amount, hence directions be given to deposit the arrears of maintenance amount.

Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, the application is allowed to be withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. If there is delay for filing appeal, the same be condoned.
