It is an application moved by the applicants for condonation of delay coupled with further prayer to quash and set aside the order dated 28.1.2020 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) and restore the CA Stamp No. 32570/2019 to its original position.

Heard Mr. A.R.Syed learned Advocate holding for Mr. Bramhe, learned Advocate for the applicant and Mr. Virdhe learned A.G.P. for the State/respondent. 03.

For the reasons stated in the application and in

2 926 CA-11725-21 the interest of justice, it is necessary to allow this application. However, subject to the costs which would meet the ends of justice.

ORDER

I) Application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C) subject to payment of costs of Rs. 2500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee at Aurangabad within 30 days from today.

II) If the abovesaid clause is complied, Civil Application Stamp No. 32570/2019 shall be restored to its original position. In case of failure, the application shall stand dismissed without making back reference to this Court.
