PER COURT :- In the Government Resolution dated 26.3.2018, the name of the petitioner was included as a President of the Project Review Committee for Scheduled Tribes, in respect of Kinwant taluka and the same has been corrected by incorporating the name of another individual. The petitioner does not have any legal entitlement to claim the post of the President which is purely within the discretion of the State. Since the petitioner neither has any legal right, nor is there a final order confirming his appointment, the instant petition, in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under article 226 of the Constitution of India need not be entertained. Writ petition is accordingly rejected.
