Applicants seeks to condone the delay of 92 days caused in filing the appeal. Although, notice of this application has been served to Respondents, none appears. The averments made in the application are uncontroverted.

Having considered the reasons as stated in paragraphs 2 to 4, sufficient cause is made out. Hence, application is allowed. The delay of 92 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered, subject to removal of office objections.
