Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No. 374/2023 registered with Vazirabad Police Station, District Nanded for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409,, 420, 120-B, 506 r/w 34 of the IPC and Section 3 of the MPID Act.

Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn attention of the Court to the first information report which according to him indicate that the role alleged against this applicant is similar to the one in ABA No. 1124 of 2024 and others. It is his contention that similarly placed accused are granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 1st August, 2024.

Learned APP opposed the application, however, he was unable to distinguish the role of the present applicant as compared to the 949.aba1448.24.odt

applicant who are granted pre arrest bail.

In view of this, on the ground of parity, application stands allowed in terms of interim order dated 23/08/2024. (R. M. JOSHI, J.) ssp 949.aba1448.24.odt
