After disinclination is shown to grant any relief to petitioner, learned Advocate Mr. A.T. Kanawade holding for learned Advocate Mr. U.L. Shinde seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
