This is an application for stay by the applicant / appellant - State.

Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for applicants as well as Shri Sakolkar, the learned Counsel appearing for the non-applicant. Perused the impugned award. 3.

According to the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the enhancement awarded by the learned reference Court is exorbitant. Shri Sakolkar, the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the

Considering the enhancement awarded by the learned reference Court, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" subject to condition that the entire amount under the award shall be deposited before this Court by the applicants, within a period of twelve weeks from today.
