The applicants in all these applications are seeking condonation of delay of 2201 days in filing appeals for enhancement.

The learned A.G.P. strongly opposed the application on the ground that delay is inordinate.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to cost of Rs. 3000/- (Rupees Three thousand only) each in all these applications to be paid to the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary. 5.

The applicants in all these applications shall not claim any interest and statutory benefits for the aforesaid period of delay.

The appeals be registered after deposit of cost and removal of office objections, if any.

7.

The learned AGP waives service after registration of appeal.

8.

The application stands disposed of.
