1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. Respondent no.2 has not entered appearance though served.

2] The present Civil Applications are filed to condone delay of 2857 days in filing First Appeals. 3] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants - original claimants are poor

12821.22CA+ agriculturists and that their lands are compulsorily acquired. The learned counsel further submits that he would waive interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period.

4] In view of the submissions made, the Civil Applications for condonation of delay are allowed on the condition that the applicants shall not claim interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. Delay of 2857 days are condoned. Appeals be registered. Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly.
