This application is by some of the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.2/claimant and also by sole heir of respondent No.1 Laxman- original claimant. In this application, so far as applicant No.1 is concerned, there is only one legal representative who has filed this application. So far as respondent no.2 deceased Sukhlal is concerned, only some of the heirs have filed this application. Other heirs have not filed Vakalatnama neither have opposed in this Court. In view of this, the applicant is permitted to show other heirs of deceased No.2 as respondents on record. The appellant/applicant to take necessary steps within two weeks for bringing legal representatives of deceased claimant on record taking this Civil Application as intimation given to the appellant. 02.

The Civil Application stands disposed off.
