1] Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2] The amount, which the applicants are permitted to withdraw, has already been stated in paragraph no.5 of the order dated 1.12.2010.

3] Insofar as the balance amount is concerned, there are directions in paragraph no.5 of the order dated 1.12.2010. If the present civil application is allowed, that would virtually amount to modification of the order dated 1.12.2010. Therefore, this civil application is dismissed.
