Since the applicants-appellants are permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited in the bank, they shall be entitled to claim interest accrued thereon. The applicants shall be permitted to withdraw the amount of interest on furnishing undertaking to the Registrar of this court to the effect that in the event of success of appeal they shall be liable to repay the amount received by them within a period of eight weeks from issuance of such adverse orders.
