Learned counsel for petitioner refers to that the claim for caste validity certificate has been turned down by the committee on technical ground as in the certificate, validity of which had been sought, there had been some spelling mistakes and the committee has kept it open for the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings seeking proper certificate bearing correct spelling.

Learned counsel further refers to that in the meanwhile the papers as per the statement of respondent no. 2 have also been received on the last date at his end. He, therefore, submits that the purpose underlying the petition is met with and stands worked out.

In view of aforesaid submission, it does not appear that petition carries with it efficacy any further. 4.

Writ petition is, therefore, disposed of.

Learned counsel for petitioner at this stage submits that petitioner's recourse to other avenues be kept open. 6.

It does not appear that disposal of this writ petition would be any impediment for the same.
