The applicants who are the original claimants are seeking direction to the appellant for depositing awarded amount within the period of 15 days.

It reveals from the record that while filing of this appeal the appellant has also filed a Civil Application No. 6645 of 2019, seeking stay to the execution of impugned award. This Court vide order dated 14.06.2019 granted stay with a rider to deposit the awarded amount on or before 14.10.2019. The period of more than two years and six months has been lapsed, however, the directions of this Court are not followed.

The learned AGP for Respondent-State has submitted that the State has instructed to the concerned and he would deposit the awarded amount within six months from today. 4.

Having regard to the non compliance of earlier order, six weeks time is granted with clear understanding that if the appellant fails to comply the said order, then the stay granted by this Court would stands automatically vacated.

Application stands disposed of.
