These appeals are placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Dahat, Advocate for the appellant is present on instructions alongwith authorization letters which are marked as 'X'. 2.

The appellants have accepted the award passed by the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation & Judge, Labour Court, Jalgaon in WCA No.01/2012 dated 19-03-2015 and award passed by the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation & & Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ambajogai, Dist. Beed in WCFA No.02/2012 dated 28-09-2022 respectively.

In view of withdrawal pursis (marked as 'X') the appeals stands disposed off as withdrawn.

The appellants have already deposited the amount before the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation & Judge, Labour Court, Jalgaon and learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation & & Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ambajogai, Dist. Beed and the claimants are entitled to withdraw the same. 5.

The court fees refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.
