PER COURT :

This Court has granted a time frame vide order dated 05/12/2017. Six months time was granted to the Cooperative Court to decide the proceedings. The first extension was granted for six months on 27/07/2018. A second extension was granted on 04/01/2019. A third extension has been granted on 19/07/2019 with a specific direction that further extension of time shall not be granted.

The order passed by this Court on 19/07/2019 reads as

The first order granting a time frame is dated 5.12.2017. This is a third request by the Cooperative Court, Jalgaon.

As such, time is extended only upto 30.9.2019. The Cooperative Court, Jalgaon shall note that further extension of time shall not be granted and if required, it shall proceed on day-to-day basis in this matter, by refusing adjournments to litigating sides, if they are based on unreasonable grounds.''

The original petitioner has moved this Civil Application for extension of time by twelve months. Considering the above, this Civil Application is rejected. The learned Cooperative Court, Jalgaon shall note that it shall not be granted an extension of time and shall decide the proceedings on or before 30/09/2019.

The Learned Registrar (Judicial), shall convey this order to the Cooperative Court.
