In this petition, petitioner has raised a limited grievance that his representation for transfer from Jarikot, Tq.Dharmabad to Nanded under couple arrangement is pending with the respondent No.2. We direct the respondent No.2 to decide the said representation and during the general transfers, if effected in the month of April/May, 2015, shall consider the request of the petitioner, in accordance with law/guidelines/procedure. Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
