This application is for condonation of delay of 153 days caused in filing the appeal. The challenge is to the judgment and award passed by the learned MACT, Ahmednagar dated 23-11-2018 passed in MACP No.410/2017. The appeal is filed for enhancement of compensation by the injured. 3.

Considering the reasons stated in the application and considering that the delay is of 153 days, same deserves to be

(2) 921ca1146.21 allowed though the learned advocate for the respondent has strongly opposed the application stating that no proper reason is made out, this court finds that since the applicant has suffered injuries and he is seeking enhancement in the compensation, the application is allowed and disposed off. The delay stands condoned.
