This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking bail in Crime No.93/2015 registered at Murud Police Station, District Latur, for offence punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations against the present applicant are that he has, on interest given loan to the husband of the complainant Parmeshwar and though the principal amount was return to the accused, he used to torture the said Parmeshwar for recovery of the interest thereon. 3.

Prior to death of Parmeshwar, he was subjected to assault and threats at the behest of the applicant herein as is apparent from the record.

Perusal of the investigation papers supports the allegations in the first information report and there is material available on record so

Cri.Appln.No.4824/2015 as to demonstrate that the applicant is engaged in business of money lending.

There appears to be prima facie involvement of the applicant in the crime in question.

As such, no case for grant of bail is made out. Criminal Application stands dismissed.
