Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the applicants. 2.

By this application, the applicants seek to bring on record legal representatives of deceased appellant no.2 i.e. Maruti Haribhau Tayad, who died on 23.11.2022. There is delay of about 168 days in filing aforesaid application.

Considering reasons as stated in the application, delay deserves to be condoned and application deserves to be allowed. 4.

Consequently, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B), (C) and (D).

Amendment to be carried within a period of two weeks from today.
