20.08.2019 P.C. :- Mr. Deshmukh the learned counsel for the petitioners submit that this Court has already directed issuance of validity certificate to the son of the petitioner no.1 in Writ Petition No.8921 of 2019 under the judgment and order dated 24.07.2019. The vigilance is conducted. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the respondents and submits that the respondents would decide it on its own merits.

Naturally, the respondents would consider the judgment delivered by this Court in Writ Petition No. 8921 of 2019 dated 24.07.2019 and decide the proceeding expeditiously as vigilance is already conducted. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 03.09.2019 and file its say to the
