1] Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have given representation on 24.6.2015 to the Block Development Officer with regard to release of grants in respect of cattle shed. However, no decision is taken on the same. We have heard Mrs. Gangwal for the respondent Nos.2 and 3. In view of the fact that the representation is pending, we are not entering into the merits of the contentions. 2] Respondent No.3 shall take decision on the application/representation (Exhibit G to the petition) of the petitioners on its own merit, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within 4 months from today. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
