While issuing notice on 29.07.2021, considering the request of the petitioners to hear the matter to the extent of grant of interim relief, we have delivered an extensive order. Interim relief has been refused and now, this petition can be taken up for final hearing, as and when it is possible. 2.

By this Civil Application, the applicants/petitioners pray for adding grounds and prayers to the writ petition. The respondents have not yet entered an affidavit-in-reply. It is,

therefore, contended that after amendment, a composite reply could be filed by the respondents. The learned advocate for the respondents have opposed the application. 3.

We find that subsequent events are sought to be brought on record. There is no harm in granting the amendment as we do not have to deal with the merits of the matter while permitting the petitioners to amend the petition. After amendment and after the pleadings of the parties are complete, the petition can be heard finally.

In view of the above, the Civil Application is allowed. The petitioners are permitted to amend the petition and bring on record the proposed amendment and the proposed prayers, on or before 25.10.2021. So also, an amended copy of the petition shall be filed on or before 30.10.2021 and copies of which shall be delivered to the respondents.

Let the affidavit-in-reply of the respondents be entered, on or before 29.11.2021.

List this petition on 06.12.2021. If time permits, this matter may be heard finally.
