Heard learned Advocate for the applicant. The application is filed for bringing the legal representatives of deceased petitioner No.1 on record, so also of respondent No.1-Dhondiba. Petitioner No.1 died on 30.08.2019 due to old age. The respondent died on 07.12.2020. The applicant took some time to collect the death certificates from the respective authorities and therefore the delay is caused of 695 days.

For the reasons recorded in the application, the delay stands condoned. Civil Application No.163 of 2023 stands allowed.

The applicant to take steps to amend the cause title of the petition within a period of two weeks. After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the proposed legal representatives of respondent No.1, returnable six weeks thereafter.
