CORAM : N.W. SAMBRE, J.
DATE : 21st OCTOBER, 2015 ORAL ORDER :
Applicant No. 1, wife of deceased Keshav, son of complainant, whereas applicant No.2 is mother in law. 2.
It is the case of complainant that his son deceased Keshav after marriage with applicant No. 1 used to stay at parental home of applicant No. 1 and in view of differences in between them, complainant's son Keshav, who is husband of applicant No. 1 and son in law of applicant No. 2 was murdered or there was abetment at the hands of applicants, which prompted him to commit suicide. 3.
Perused the investigation papers but for the investigation
4830.15crapln -2in the line of abetment of suicide, this Court has not noticed anything objectionable against the present applicants. The statements of witnesses narrate about the quarrel between deceased Keshav and the applicants herein, however, it cannot be inferred therefrom that the applicants were responsible for the murder of deceased Keshav or abetted the suicide.
4.
In view of above, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to order the release of the applicant on bail. Hence, I propose to pass the following order :- In the event of arrest, the applicants be released on bail, upon executing the P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount by each of the applicant, in connection with Crime No.56/2015 registered with Himayatnagar Police Station, District Nanded, for an offence punishable under Sections 302, 306, 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicants shall attend the concerned police station initially for two days in between 10-00 a.m. to 11-00 a.m. and thereafter as and when called.
5.
The application stands allowed.
