PER COURT :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Narwadkar, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 and 2.

Respondents No.1 and 2 have filed their affidavit in reply and expressed inability to comply with the order of this Court, on the ground of non-cooperation from the petitioner. The statement is made in the affidavit in reply, in paragraph No.7 and the same reads, " .. Due to the reason stated above, the decision could not be taken, as it requires co-operation from the petitioner in order to take proper and legal decision..." Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he petitioner would remain present before the respondent Nanded Wagala City Municipal Corporation on 16.9.2019 along with the requisite documents at 11 a.m.. He assures every possible cooperation to the authorities.
