The Insurance Company has deposited Rs.31 lakhs in pursuance to the directions issued by this Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it proper to permit applicant Nos.1 and 2 to withdraw a sum of Rs.10 lakhs each. The balance amount shall be deposited in the fixed deposit in a nationalized bank for a period of three years initially and the FDR shall be renewed thereafter for the period until disposal of the appeal. Civil Application is disposed of.
