Applicants apprehend arrest in connection with Crime No. 244/2020 registered with Murum Police Station, District Osmanabad for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 327, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that there are no specific allegations against the present applicants of any specific overtact being committed by them. According to him such allegations are against co-accused. By referring to the orders dated 16th September, 2022 and 4th October, 2022 passed Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1251 of 2023 it is submitted that similarly placed co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Learned APP though opposed the said application but was unable to distinguished the role of the present applicant as compelled to the accused is already granted anticipatory bail. 5.

In view of this, application is allowed in terms of interim order dated 19th August, 2023.
