A limited grievance raised in this petition is that, though the petitioners have filed a comprehensive representation dated 20th April, 2015 before the respondent No.1, no decision is taken on the same.

We direct the respondent No.1 to take decision on the said representations filed by the petitioners, if not already decided, as expeditiously as possible; however, within three months from today, in accordance with the Government policy and keeping in view the decision taken by the

9300.15wp Government in cases of similarly situated persons. It is needless to observe that, if the respondent No.1 feels it appropriate to hear the petitioners, the respondent No.1 can do so.

Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
