Ld. APP makes a statement that, but for one accused, all the accused were arrested. One of the accused is absconding. The charge-sheet has also been filed.

In our opinion, the purpose of the petition is achieved. In so far as the remaining accused are concerned, the applicant is at liberty to apply before the trial Court in accordance with law and assist the Court with the address of absconding accused. 4.
