The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that he has instructions to withdraw all the petitions in view of the fact that in respect of some of the petitioners pension papers are already forwarded to the Department and similarly the pension papers would be submitted in respect of the other petitioners who are still in service, as the others have attended superannuation.

In view of the said statement the writ petitions stand disposed of as withdrawn. All civil applications also stand disposed of. The concerned Department to process the pension proposals as per rules.
