"Prima-facie, this Court is of the view that both the suits can be clubbed together and directed to be decided simultaneously, by recording separate evidence."

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the said order, the suits are already clubbed. herefore, nothing survives in the petition.
