The writ petition was dismissed in default for non removal of the office objections. There is some delay in seeking its restoration.

For the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, it is allowed. The delay of 60 days is condoned. The Writ petition is restored.

Considering the fact that interim relief was in operation till the date of dismissal of the writ petition, we feel it appropriate that the status quo is maintained in the same terms and conditions subject to which the interim relief was granted in the writ petition and putting the petitioner to condition that it shall be ready for final disposal.
