The application is for condonation of delay of 834 days for which the applicant-original claimant has given the reason that he lost his vision due to the accident and there was nobody to look after him. Respondents No. 2 and 3, who are the respectively owner and insurer of the offending vehicle, though served remained absent. Respondent no.1driver is already deleted as per the order dated 06.06.2020. Thus, considering the statutory right of the applicant and the reason given, the delay of 834 days stands condoned and the application is allowed accordingly.
