The learned counsel for the applicant / petitioner submits that in prayer clauses B, C, D and E, it is inadvertently mentioned as Industrial Court, Nanded instead of Industrial Court, Jalna. 4.

The learned counsel for respondents no.1 and 2 submits that it is a typographical error and the corrections can be made.
