Mr. Thigale, the learned counsel for the petitioner/institution submits that, the petitioner has filed applications with respondents (page 13 and 19) and further submits that, the petitioner institution is ready to absorb surplus teachers as per its roster and subjects.

The respondents as such shall take decision and forward surplus teachers of the required reserved category as per roster and subjects expeditiously. The decision on the proposal shall be
