The Tribunal has fastened joint and several liability. Applicant has challenged judgment and award of the Tribunal on various grounds. The liability of the applicant is arises 50% only. Hence requested to stay the impugned order.

Considering submission of learned counsel for the applicant as well as ground mentioned in the application, impugned order is stayed till next date subject to deposit of 50% amount along with accrued interest thereon out of award amount within eight weeks. The stay to the impugned order is restricted to this appellant only.
