Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the impugned judgment and order as well as the record.

It appears that notice was issued to the respondent by order dated 12th August 2025. Again, the matter was listed on 23 September 2025; however, no one appeared for the applicant, and notice was not served to the respondent, so the matter is kept today.

The applicant has filed this application for condonation of the delay of 68 days caused in filing the revision application. Having considered the grounds disclosed in the application, I deem it appropriate to condone the delay in the absence of the respondent. If the delay is condoned, it would not cause prejudice to the rights of the respondent. Thus, considering the reasons 1 / 2
