PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition, with liberty to present a substantive petition, raising challenge to the order dated 20.3.2015, issued by the State Government.

Leave granted with liberty as prayed for. It is clarified that, the proposed challenge shall have to be examined within the frame work of law and keeping the liberty of the affected persons to raise all the defences available open.
