The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the caste claim of the petitioner is pending since 2013 with respondent No.1, the same is not yet decided.

It is submitted that the vigilance is also conducted and the petitioner is also filed say to the vigilance report. 4.

In light of that, we pass the following order.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 22.01.2021.
