By order dated 30.09.2022, Superintendent of Police, Parbhani was directed to remain present today. The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Parbhani, Shri. Bramhadev Gavade, is present with instructions. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from him submits that due to Eid-eMilad and Kojagiri Pournima bandobast, Superintendent of Police, Parbhani could not remain present.

It was the duty of Superintendent of Police, Parbhani to remain present in this Court. Since, this is first time, this Court is not taking serious view of the matter. The Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 14-ABA-1241-2022 Superintendent of Police, Parbhani is cautioned, not to repeat this.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet is already filed in all three matters and therefore, he is instructed by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Parbhani that applicant's custody is not needed in the present crime.
