Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The facts have been discussed in detail in the order dated 15.09.2022. Considering the facts and the role attributed to the applicant, the interim protection was granted. However, the prosecution has no material to satisfy the Court that the custodial interrogation of the applicants would serve the purpose. 3.

In view of the allegations levelled in the first information report and considering the papers produced by the learned A.P.P., the Court is of the view that this is a fit case for anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order :- i) The application is allowed.

ii) The interim protection granted to the applicants by order dated 15.09.2022, is confirmed on the same terms and conditions. ( S. G. MEHARE ) JUDGE rrd
