It is pointed out by the learned Advocates that on identical set of facts in Writ Petition No.1670 of 2013 (MSRTC Vs. Vilas Bhimraj Tathe and others), this Court has dismissed the petition for being devoid of merits, on 22.7.2015.

In the light of the view taken by this Court in identical set of facts, I do not find any reason to come to a different conclusion. 3.

Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
